Deposit/Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

Deposit

setrade.asia strictly does not accept third party payments. All funds deposited into your trading account must be transferred to an account in your name that matches your setrade.asia trading account.

When we deem it necessary to identify the source of funds when processing a customer’s deposit request, You acknowledge that we may request your property and other information and agree to provide all information requested by setrade.asia.
Failure to provide the information we request may result in delays in the deposit request process.
setrade.asia will not be liable for any delay or loss resulting from such delay.

Submitting a deposit request does not constitute receipt of funds by setrade.asia. You need to know this.
If your account is close to or at margin call, you should make sure you have other arrangements in place.

setrade.asia is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the payment system.

setrade.asia does not charge separate fees for customer deposits and withdrawals.
However, the financial institution or payment company may charge you currency exchange fees and interbank intermediary service fees, and we are not responsible for any costs incurred for these reasons.

Withdraw

In accordance with AML/CTF laws, setrade.asia is not permitted to deposit funds into third party accounts.
All funds withdrawn from your account must be transferred to a bank or Moneybookers account with the same name as your setrade.asia trading account.

setrade.asia does not allow deposits or withdrawals under a name different from your registered trading account.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are maintained in the Account to process withdrawal requests. If you do not maintain sufficient funds in your account, your withdrawal request may be declined.

All initial credit card and bank transfer withdrawal requests must be verified for safety and security via bank statements. This includes account holder information and bank details.

All initial MoneyBookers and E-wallet (Skrill, Neteller, Fasapay, etc.) withdrawal requests must be verified for safety and security through account statements. This includes account holder information and bank details.

The Client may be required to provide information about the source of deposits and/or the Client’s total wealth when processing a withdrawal request, and must agree to provide all information requested by setrade.asia.
Failure to provide required information may result in significant delays in processing your request.

setrade.asia reserves the right to refuse to process a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to believe that your trading account is likely to have a negative balance after the withdrawal request is processed.

If your trading account is subject to a chargeback or other investigation, setrade.asia reserves the right to refuse to process a withdrawal request.

setrade.asia is not responsible for any fees that may be charged on amounts received by the receiving financial institution or third party payment provider.

Withdrawing funds while you have an open position will affect your margins.
Leave enough funds to close open positions or avoid margin calls.

Setrade.asia does not cover any additional fees that may be incurred by intermediary banks.
